Sizzling Steak Fajitas
1/2 cup steak sauce, (your preference)
1/2 cup picante sauce
1 pound bottom round steak, (thinly sliced)
1 onion, (thinly sliced)
1 green pepper, (cut into strips)
1 tablespoon butter
8 flour tortillas, (warmed)
Blend steak sauce and picante sauce. In non-metal dish, pour marinade over steak.
Cover; chill at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook onion and pepper in butter for 3 minutes. remove with slotted spoon; reserve.
Add steak with marinade to same skillet; cook and stir for 8 minutes or until done. Add onion and pepper; cook until heated through.
Serve with tortillas and your favorite fajitas toppings if desired.
