Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry

1/4 cup all-purpose flour |

2 tablespoons white sugar |
|
1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth |
|
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
|
1 pound of beef eye round steaks, cut into bite size pieces |

1 clove garlic, minced |
|
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger |
|
4 cups chopped fresh broccoli |

In a small bowl, mix together flour, sugar, beef broth and soy sauce. Mix until flour and sugar are dissolved. In a large wok set over high heat, add beef; cook for 2 to 4 minutes, or until browned. Add broth mixture, garlic, ginger and broccoli to skillet. Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat; simmer 5 to 10 minutes, or until sauce thickens. |
